R4+ v8.1.6 Product Release Notes

The following is a list of enhancements included and issues addressed in R4+ Version 8.1.6. All fixes are cumulative (each new release contains all new fixes as well as all fixes from the previous release).

NHS England CCN 43 – Triage-Only Courses Cannot Be Completed Without Requiring a Case Mix Model Where CMM is Enabled

If Case Mix Model (CMM) is enabled, users were incorrectly being prompted to complete a CMM for triage-only treatment courses when the course of treatment is closed. This has been fixed in R4+ v8.1.6.

NHS Scotland / N.I - Chart Produces errors when there are more Than 40 items on a Course of Treatment

A defect where Open Treatment Plans with more than 40 items cause program errors when viewed the Chart or completing/adding items via Tab or Chart has been fixed in R4+ v8.1.6.

NHS Scotland eOrtho - Remove Patient FTR \ Patient Refused Trt Validation check on Discontinued Claims

Because Validation Rule E001370 is no longer in effect, R4+ was incorrectly disallowing Save or Send on Discontinued Claims if FTR \ PR was not selected; this has been corrected in R4+ v8.1.6.

NHS Scotland eOrtho - PA Claims using DPB Code 3291 Not Filtering Out Interim Payment Suffixes

A defect where interim suffixes were displayed when they should have been filtered out has been fixed in R4+ v8.1.6.

NHS Northern Ireland - Patients NHS Type Drop down defaults to 1st Position rather than Representing the Current Patients Type

A defect where the NHS Patient Type failed to update properly in Northern Ireland has been fixed in R4+ v8.1.6.

NHS Wales - Update FP17 ACORN Assessment Text Label

Wording on the Claim form has been changed from "ACORN Assessment Due" to "ACORN Assessment Carried Out" to comply with a change specified by the board.

Planner - Patient Banner Does Not Update When Returning to the Planner from Clinical Chart

A defect where the patient banner does not update appropriately when switching between patients in Planner has been corrected in R4+ v8.1.6.

Clinical Notes - Unable to Close Chart When Editing Notes Containing Templates with the 'Only author or provider may edit and lock notes' Setting

A defect caused an R4+ system error when attempting to edit a note that includes a template and set to 'Only author or provider may edit and lock notes'; this has been fixed in R4+ v8.1.6.

Windows 10 - Users Cannot Print the Webpage Output from Query Wizard Based Reports

A defect R4+ on Windows 10 which prevented old style reports (marked with a green ‘R’) from printing when ‘Web Page (HTML)’ is selected has been corrected in R4+ v8.1.6.

Windows 10 - Processing Patient SMS Delivery Responses from HCL Does Not Display the Summary Status Report

A defect where R4+ running on Windows 10 cannot update the Process Log and Reports (database is successfully updated) for SMS Delivery responses (‘Hmm, we can’t reach this page’ message) has been fixed in R4+ v8.1.6.
