The following is a list of enhancements included in R4+ v8.1.4.
R4+ v8.1.4 provides improved handling for NHS Claim encoding, if specific Claims within a batch have issues that stop them from being included for Transmission those Claims will now be reported to the user listing all those affected and the issue(s) involved when attempting to encode and transmit, this will assist users to more quickly be able to correct and reattempt submission of their NHS Claims.
R4+ v8.1.4 provides new search criteria and result panel layout to more easily search for patients based on their Telephone, Work or Mobile numbers or partial numbers.
R4+ v8.1.4 allows users to designate a preferred contact number to display in the Patient Banner shown in the Planner. This is done by setting the Telephone Number Order in Main Settings > System 1 > Telephone number order.
R4+ v8.1.4 provides a new filter option when running the Practice Occupancy Report to select Clinics. The report layout will now provide occupancy percentages for users against individual clinics where their opening hour patterns are split across more than their home clinic as well as where users are assigned to individual clinics so reported percentages will now be accurate in these configurations.
R4+ v8.1.4 provides a new option in the Clinical Administration Tool which allows a system administrator to manually unlock a patient chart. By design, charts are locked when in-use to prevent multiple concurrent edits to the same chart; the user who first opened the chart for editing has exclusive use of that chart until it is closed.
Previous versions of R4+, if a problem occurred within the software that caused the system to terminate abnormally, the chart would remain locked until the original opener closed it. If that user was not available to close the chart (out to lunch, gone for the day, and so on), the chart would remain locked and unavailable for additional edits until the original user returned and closed it or the lock was automatically removed due to record inactivity
