R4+ v8.1.12 Product Release Notes

The following is a list of enhancements included in R4+ v8.1.12. All fixes are cumulative (each new release contains all new fixes as well as all fixes from the previous release).

The following is a list of issues addressed in R4+ v8.1.12.

CCN47 NHS England, Wales & Isle of Man - Certain Treatments causing Course Charge Bandings to Switch to Urgent

An issue was introduced inR4+ v8.1.11 that resulted in a Patients Course charge Bandings to unexpectedly switch between Normal Bands to Urgent changing the produced Charge Values,this has now been addressed so Course Bandings will no longer adversely change.

CCN47 NHS Wales - Using BPEs within an FP17 Claim Can Result in Overflow Errors

A small issue was introduced under R4+ v8.1.11 that resulted in errors when attempting to Create or Assign Basic Periodontal Examinations (BPEs) to an FP17 Claim where a large number of BPEs exist within the system, this has now been addressed allowing use of BPEs in applicable FP17 Claims successfully.

CCN47 NHS Wales - Non-Endodontic treatments populating FP17 Claim Endodontic CDS Values

An issue was introduced underR4+ v8.1.11 that resulted in other Treatments i.e. Dressings to accidentally inform the Endodontic CDS values in the FP17 Claim, this has now been addressed ensuring only Endodontic Treatments will inform the expected CDS Values.

CCN47 NHS Wales - FP17 Claim Free Examination Validation Should Allow ACORN Assessment Carried Out to be used

A small issue was introduced in R4+ v8.1.11 due to the increased validation for Patient Free Examinations.  This resulted in users being unable to specify that an ACORN Assessment was completed as the Patients Free Exam, this has now been addressed allowing ACORN Assessments to be indicated under this Rule.

CCN 47NHS Wales - Reinstate No. of Teeth Count for Urgent FP17 Claims

A small issue was introduced in R4+ v8.1.11 where stopped the Teeth count being recorded in Urgent FP17 Claims. This would result in Rejections for Patients that had any Decayed Teeth recorded due to a count mismatch, this has now been addressed so the Count is generated as normal.
