R4+ v8.1.10 has been updated to comply with NHS Scotland Amendment No. 154 Statement of Dental Remuneration (SDR) which takes effect from February 1st, 2022.
The following is a list of issues addressed in R4+ v8.1.10.
A defect which caused Prior Approvals to be rejected because the addition to the Course of Treatment triggering the Prior Approval need occurs after any treatment completion causes an imbalance which results in Rejection has been addressed.
R4+ v8.1.10 corrects some instances where the Patients Baseline information was Malformed in a Prior Approval resulting in Rejections.
R4+ v8.1.10 allows users to specify treatments as “Not Applicable” so Appliance Treatment that was abandoned without any claimable activity is excluded from being submitted in the Discontinuation Fee Request inaccurately to the board which would impact what would be paid.
R4+ v8.1.10 adjusts the date validation rule for examination claims. The date validation rule is now only triggered by Codes 101 or 171 and Codes 111 and 121 are exempt from the date validation check.
Tooth Relationship fields in the Orthodontic Assessment Form will now allow N/A to be set. Please note that you must specify both Left and Right values in each relationship in R4+ v8.1.10.
A defect where Discontinuation Fees were not appended to the Course of Treatment when multiple submissions were made causing the values associated with the CoT to be inaccurate has been fixed in R4+ v8.1.10.
R4+ v8.1.10 corrects reconciliation processing issues where claims cannot be located in the system, additional audit records are also recorded if a claim can still not be located in the system.
R4+ v8.1.10 updates OPT Analysis (DPBCode 200) to the appropriate fee (£7.55) for the December 2022 Update.
R4+ v8.1.10 corrects an error where a treatment item completion date is inaccurately recorded as the database default date instead of the current date and time.
R4+ v8.1.10 Corrects a bug where the Orthodontic Assessment was not accessible between Courses of Treatment where a Patient has previous Assessments Recorded.
v8.1.10 now correctly includes both email and phone number on the claim when both are available.
