Setting Up Referral Groups

To configure referral groups:

  1. From the main menu, select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > System Maintenance. The System Maintenance window is displayed.

  2. Select Referral Groups. The Referral Groups section of the System Maintenance window is displayed.

  3. Click Add. The Ref Group section of the System Maintenance window is displayed.

  4. Type the name of the referral group in the Ref Group field and click OK. The new group is added to the Referral Groups list.

  1. Select the name of the group and click Manage Referral Groups. The Referral Group Setup window is displayed.

  2. Select the referral group to manage, the doctor types and the specific practitioners, and click OK. The Add Doctors to Referral Group window is displayed.

  3. Click Yes. The Referral Group Setup window is displayed.

  4. Click Cancel. The System Maintenance window is displayed.

  5. Click Close.
