Configuring OrthoTrac > Using System Maintenance
The Ticket Message Maintenance window enables you to add appointment ticket messages to the database or change existing messages. The software comes with a variety of messages, but you can personalize messages to suit the needs of your office.
To access Ticket Message Maintenance:
Click Maintenance/Set-up and select Ticket Message Maintenance, or select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Ticket Message Maintenance from the menu bar.

Changing the Rank Order of a Ticket Message
Changing Ticket Messages
