Changing the Rank Order of a Ticket Message

To change the order of ticket messages:

  1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Ticket Message Maintenance from the menu bar.

  2. To move a message to the top of the list, select the message and click the Up arrow at the top right of the window. Each time you click the arrow, the message advances upward one line. (To move an item in the list to a lower position, select the message and click the Down arrow.)

  3. Click OK to save your changes, or click Cancel to close without saving.
