Adding a Ticket Message

To add a message to the list of ticket messages:

  1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Ticket Message Maintenance from the menu bar.

  2. In the Ticket Message Maintenance window, click Add New. A blank line is selected at the bottom of the list of messages.

  3. Type the new message in the field (the number of characters is limited to 55) and click OK. The Ticket Message Maintenance window closes. When you reopen the Ticket Message Maintenance window, the new message is displayed at the bottom of the list.
