Changing Ticket Messages

To change a ticket message:

  1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Ticket Message Maintenance from the menu bar.

  2. In the Ticket Message Maintenance window, select the message you want to edit and click Change. The selected message changes color.

  3. Type your changes to the ticket message and click OK.
