Using the Form Editor

The Form Editor feature enables you to change the wording on patient forms, translate patient forms into other languages, adjust form alignment, and set up business card tickets. The default language for OrthoTrac is the language set up in your operating system’s regional settings. Most forms and translations have been entered. Use the Form Editor function to translate forms, word processing fields, weekdays, months, procedures, and so on, that are not in the language you need.

To access the Form Editor window:

Click Maintenance/Set-up and select Form Editor, or select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Form Editor from the menu bar. The Form Editor menu is displayed.
