Unlock Locked Out Users

If your office is using the Enable Strong Passwords HIPAA security option, a user is locked out of the software for 10 minutes if they fail to log in properly after five attempts. More...

To unlock a user's account:

  1. Click Maintenance/Set-up and select Unlock Locked Out User, or select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Unlock Locked Out User from the menu bar.

  2. Select the user name and click Unlock. The software displays a message stating, Users Unlocked Successfully.

  3. Click OK to close the window.
