The Unlock Locked Out User feature enables the office manager, doctor, or person responsible for system administration to unlock a user’s account.
If you do not have security permissions, the system displays a message, stating that your security profile does not authorize you to access this feature.
To unlock a user's account:
Click Maintenance/Set-up and select Unlock Locked Out User, or select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Unlock Locked Out User from the menu bar.
Select the user name and click Unlock. The software displays a message stating, Users Unlocked Successfully.
Click OK to close the window.
