A schedule template for a certain type of day, showing blocks of time and different chairs. Standards show the types of available appointments on a specific day and time; for example: winter hours, summer hours, half day, and so on.
Financial MonitorFinancial Monitor
A customized report that tracks financial data or procedure information for your office.
A management tool that generates a report of items that might need your attention.
It displays a list of tasks and provides access to the tools you need to complete each task.
A patient monitoring system that tracks the location of patients in your office, from the Lobby, to the In Deck, to the Operatory, and so on. A light bar enables the staff to locate the doctor in the office and to call the doctor when a patient is waiting, when there is an emergency, and so on.
A scheduling option that helps maximize the efficiency of your scheduling by tracking the actual number of minutes the doctor spends with a patient for each unit of chair time scheduled.
