Viewing Insurance Claims Statistics

To view claim stats:

1. Click the location’s Home tab. The Home window displays the claim statistics at the bottom.

2. In the Claim Stats section, click one of the following to see the statistics:

• Unbilled ProceduresUnbilled Procedures Patients who have insurance, but claims have not been prepared for the services rendered.

• Active / Pending ClaimsActive / Pending Claims Claims that have been submitted to an insurance company or are queued and pending submission.

• To Do / Follow Up ClaimsTo Do / Follow Up Claims Claims that need action. These claims are filtered by:
  
  Needs Info
  Awaiting Attachments
  Awaiting Attachment Confirmation
  Pending Review
  All Providers
  All Payers
  All Dates

• Problematic ClaimsProblematic Claims Claims that contain errors or encountered problems. These claims are filtered by:
  
  Rejected
  Denied
  Error
  Reopened
  All Providers
  All Payers
  All Dates
