Reminder Status Icons

If you send appointment reminders by SMS or email, icons are displayed per appointment to show the status of the appointment reminder. When patients receive their text message, they can be given the option to send a reply to confirm or cancel their appointment.

Sample message:

Dear Patient, you have a dental appointment on 21/01/2009 at 11.30. Please reply OK to confirm or CANCEL to cancel this appointment.

The icons that are displayed in the appointment book are:

	SMS sent.
	SMS sent and appointment confirmed.
	SMS sent and appointment cancelled.
	Email sent.
