To double book an appointment:
In the Planner, double-click the existing appointment. The Appointment Details window is displayed.
Click Patient. The Patients Selector window is displayed.
Enter the details of the patient and click Find Patient.
Select the patient from the list of matching results and click OK.
Select the Treatment from the drop-down list.
Use the arrows to edit the Duration, if necessary.
Click Double Book. A warning message is displayed.
Click Yes.
