Marking an Appointment as Was Not Brought

To mark an appointment as Was Not Brought from the patient's record:

  1. Click the Appointments tab.

  2. Highlight the appointment that you want to cancel.

  3. Click Cancel Appt.  The Cancellation Type window is displayed.

  4. Select Was Not Brought from the list of options.

  5. Click OK.

To mark an appointment as Was Not Brought from the Planner (method 1):

  1. Right-click the patient's appointment in the Planner.

  2. Select Cancel/Delete Appointment.  The Cancellation Type window is displayed.

  3. Select Was Not Brought from the list of options.

  4. Click OK.

To mark an appointment as Was Not Brought from the Planner (method 2):

  1. Select the patient's appointment in the Planner.

  2. Click the Cancel/DNA/Delete/Standby icon .  The Cancellation Type window is displayed.

  3. Select Was Not Brought from the list of options.

  4. Click OK.
