To book an appointment from the patient’s record:
Click the Appointments tab.
Click Add Appt.
Select the Provider from the drop-down list.
Select the Treatment from the drop-down list.
Click the calendar icon . The Select a Date window is displayed.
Select the date for the appointment. Click OK.
Using the 24-hour clock, enter the time of the appointment in the Time field.
Use the arrows to edit the Duration, if necessary.
Click OK.
To book an appointment from the Planner (method 1):
Double-click the timeslot. The Appointment Details window is displayed.
If the incorrect patient is displayed in the Patient field, click Patient to search for the correct one.
Select the Treatment from the drop-down list.
Use the arrows to edit the Duration, if necessary.
Click OK.
To book an appointment from the Planner (method 2):
Select the timeslot.
Click the Book New Appointment icon . The Appointment Details window is displayed.
If the incorrect patient is displayed in the Patient field, click Patient to search for the correct one.
Select the Treatment from the drop-down list.
Use the arrows to edit the Duration, if necessary.
Click OK.
To book an appointment from the Planner (method 3):
Select the timeslot.
Right-click and select New Appointment. The Appointment Details window is displayed.
If the incorrect patient is displayed in the Patient field, click Patient to search for the correct one.
Select the Treatment from the drop-down list.
Use the arrows to edit the Duration, if necessary.
Click OK.
