Marking an Appointment as Did Not Attend

To mark an appointment as Did Not Attend from the patient's record:

  1. Click the Appointments tab.

  2. Select the appointment that you want to cancel.

  3. Click Cancel Appt.  The Cancellation Type window is displayed.

  4. Select Did Not Attend from the list of options.

  5. Click OK.

To mark an appointment as Did Not Attend from the Planner (method 1):

  1. Right-click the patient's appointment in the Planner.

  2. Select Cancel/Delete Appointment.  The Cancellation Type window is displayed.

  3. Select Did Not Attend from the list of options.

  4. Click OK.

To mark an appointment as Did Not Attend from the Planner (method 2):

  1. Select the patient's appointment in the Planner.

  2. Click the Cancel/DNA/Delete/Standby icon .  The Cancellation Type window is displayed.

  3. Select Did Not Attend from the list of options.

  4. Click OK.
