Selecting Options in the Unscheduled Treatment Plan Contact Expert

When you select entries in the Unscheduled Treatment Plan Contact Expert list, the bottom half of the window displays the details of the currently highlighted entry. Click Actions to choose whether to apply the action to the entire list, or to the selected record.

You can click Auto dial to access the on-screen dialer to phone the patient. You can use the other buttons to view information about the responsible party, applicable insurance deductibles, and information about the treatment plan. Click Contacted to access the New Contact Entry window.

From this window, you can also view the patient’s Appointment History, make an appointment, print a report, or print the file to a disk file. You can take other actions if you have configured your Automation Expert to do so.
