Creating User Defined Contact Experts

The User Defined Contact Expert feature enables you to define new Contact Experts. You can set up User Defined Contact Experts to search for almost any information you have stored in PracticeWorks. You define the search criteria, and decide what information is displayed in each column of the results.

Setting up a User-Defined Contact Expert requires knowledge and understanding of PracticeScript, a programming language used in PracticeWorks. To learn more about this feature, see Defining Custom Contact Experts.
