Using the Lab Tracking Contact Expert

The Lab Tracking Contact Expert enables you to clear cases when they are received and to deal with cases that are late coming back from the lab.

To find detailed information about pending lab cases:

1. Select Experts > Contact Expert > Lab tracking... The Lab Tracking Contact Expert is displayed.

2. Select names from the list to view their lab case information. If you need to search through the list, use the Patient, Lab name, and Appt time buttons on top of the columns to choose how the cases are sorted. Then use the Find: field to enter search characters.
