Managing Patient Accounts > Using the Contact Experts
From the Experts menu, select Contact Expert, and then one of the following options:
Appointment confirm/review...
Pending page...
Recall...
Delinquent accounts...
Outstanding insurance claims...
Unscheduled Tx plans...
Lab tracking...
User defined...
A criteria entry window displays for the Contact Expert you select. Use the options to select the criteria you want the Contact Expert to search. Then click OK to execute the search.
PracticeWorks displays a list of the items that match your criteria, and provides you with the information you need about the patient, insurance company, responsible parties, and so on. You can then choose the mode of communication you want to use for the contact. Click Actions to indicate whether the action you are performing applies to the entire list, or to a particular item.
When you select some Contact Experts, a message displays information about existing lists. You can select the existing list or create a new one.
