Using the Pending Page Contact Expert

The Pending Page Contact Expert is similar to the Appointment Confirm/Review Contact Expert, but it has specific uses.

The most common uses for the Pending Page Contact Expert are to:

The Pending Page Contact Expert is a central location for working with pending appointments. The patient list is displayed at the top, along with information for the selected patient. A number of buttons link to other features in the software, so you can view and update the information if necessary.

To launch the Pending Page Contact Expert:

  1. From the Experts menu, select Contact Expert > Pending page. If you have generated a previous expert, the Pending Page List Already Exists window is displayed.

  2. Click Generate new Contact Expert. The Pending Page Contact Expert Criteria window is displayed.

  3. Select the appropriate option for each of the following fields:

  1. Click OK to generate the expert. The Pending Page Contact Expert window is displayed.

  2. Reschedule or remove pending appointments, or view and update information as needed.

  3. To print this contact expert, click Print report. The Document Configuration window is displayed.

  4. Use this window to select a printer, Print to Printer, Print Preview, or select Advanced to configure and save printing options for this report.
