Activities Menu

Use the Activities menu to access tasks that you perform on a daily basis.

The Activities menu commands are:

• Make appointment...Make an appointment for an existing patient.

• Show producer goals...Display the Select Producer window, where you can view the Actual and Goal dollar amounts for each producer for the day.

• Make appt for NEW patient...Make an appointment for a new patient.

• Phone inquiry...Display the Select Person on the Phone List to access the Phone Inquiry window, where you can access family recall and appointment history information, schedule appointments, and perform other patient-related functions. • Enter mail paymentsDisplay the Mail Payments menu. See Entering Individual Mail Payments and Entering Bulk Payment Details for more information.

• Enter predetermination approvals...Display the Insurance Approval Pick List, where you can view and add patient insurance information.

• eClaims ServiceDisplay the eClaims Service widow. See Setting Up the eClaims Service for more information.

• NEA FastAttachLaunch the log in for FastAttach. See NEA FastAttach Integration for more information.

• ePostings ServiceDisplay the ePostings menu. See ePostings Service for more information.

• ePrescriptionsDisplay the ePrescriptions menu. See ePrescriptions for more information.

• eRemindersDisplay the eReminders menu. See eReminders for more information.

• PracticeToGo...Display the PracticeToGo Installation Wizard, enabling you to install the PracticeWorks Mobile Practice Management Module on your handheld device. See Installing the Module on a Handheld Device for more information.

• Practice CentralDisplay the Practice Central window. See Practice Central for more information.

• Display KIOSK AlertsDisplay the names of the patients who sign in through the Kiosk computer. Note: You can configure the software to display an alert automatically whenever a patient signs in. See Configuring Automatic Kiosk Alerts for more information.

• Load starting balances from ledger...Display the Load Starting Balance pick list, where you can enter starting balances from ledger cards. See Entering Balances from Ledger Cards for more information.

• Load starting balances from AR report...Display the Load Starting Balance pick list, where you can enter starting balances and decide whether balances should be divided among producers or not. See Entering Balances from an A/R Report for more information.

• Log inDisplay the Log In window.

• Log outDisplay the Log Out window.

• Change passwordDisplay the Change strong password window (if strong password protection is enabled) to change your password when prompted by the software. See Enabling Strong Password Protection for more information.

• Clock inDisplay the Clock in window. See Clocking In for more information.

• Clock outDisplay the Clock out window. See Clocking Out for more information.
