Installing the Module on a Handheld Device

The PracticeWorks Mobile Practice Management Module must be installed on a workstation at your office before being installed on the handheld device.

To install the module on your handheld device:

1. Select Activities > PracticeToGo. The first time you run this feature, the Setup window is displayed.

2. When prompted to set up the module, click Yes. The PracticeToGo Installation Wizard is displayed with a list of users.

3. Select the appropriate user and click Next. The program installs the files to the designated directory.

4. When the installation is complete, the following message is displayed.
   
   PracticeToGo was installed successfully. HotSync the Palm™ device to complete the installation.

5. Click Finish.

6. Place the handheld device in its cradle and press the appropriate button on the cradle to begin the synchronization process.

7. When synchronization is complete, remove the handheld device from its cradle. The program and sample data should be available on the handheld device.
