The eReminders Service is an appointment reminder service that automatically contacts patients due for an appointment using the patient's preferred method of contact. When a patient responds to the eReminder, the appointment is updated automatically when responses are processed. Contacts are added to the patient history.
From the Activities menu, select eReminders, and then the action you want to perform:
When you select an eReminders action, the corresponding eReminders window
is displayed.

To enroll in the eReminders service, contact your eServices representative.
Using eReminders requires that each doctor's National Provider ID be recorded in the software. If one or more IDs are missing, you are prompted to enter them during setup.
To enable the eReminders service:
Select File > Preferences > eReminders setup.... The eReminders Setup window is displayed.
Select Enable eReminders Service. The Practice Settings button is enabled.
If you have not yet signed up, a sign-up reminder is displayed in the window. Click OK.
Click Practice Settings. The eReminders module is launched to the Practice Level Settings.
