What's New in OrthoTrac 15.1

Version 15.1 of the OrthoTrac software includes the following features and enhancements:

Enhanced Scheduler viewsEnhanced Scheduler views

The Weekly view and Zoom view now have the same color scheme and template as the Daily view, which was introduced in version 14.2. For more information, see Viewing the Schedule -- Week and Viewing the Schedule -- Zoom.
Improved presentation of financial informationImproved presentation of financial information
The display of financial information in the Ledger window has been enhanced by increasing the height and width of the screen. Certain columns have also been expanded, and the font size has been increased. The windows for Adjustments, Auto Payments, Charges and Payments, Totals, Claims, and Contracts and Payment Plans have all been updated.

The Financial Estimator Setup and Maintenance windows include Change and Reset buttons that enable you to apply changes like cash discounts, or to revert to default financial settings. These buttons are now green or blue when active, and gray when inactive. For more information, see Using the Financial Estimator Setup Tool and Configuring Financial Estimator Setup.
Improved access to family chartsImproved access to family charts

You can now access the charts of family members associated with a patient from the Family section of Comment Only Charting. For more information, see Displaying a Treatment Card in Comment Only View.
