What's New in OrthoTrac 15.5

Version 15.5 of the OrthoTrac software includes the following features and enhancements:

Virtual Agent IntegrationVirtual Agent Integration

Cassidy, OrthoTrac’s virtual agent, can now be accessed from the Help menu for answers to your Support questions. You can also click the Virtual Agent main menu button to begin chatting with Cassidy. Previously, Cassidy was available only from our company website.

Note: Cassidy operates best and gets you the answers you need more efficiently when asked short, succinct questions, rather than long, wordy questions. For example, typing "Set-up user in ePrescriptions" might be more effective than "We are adding a new doctor to our practice, and I need to set him up with ePrescriptions. I need directions on how to do that or a number I can call and have someone walk me through the process."

SQL Server 2022SQL Server 2022

We encourage you to update the Microsoft SQL version to SQL Server 2022. SQL Server 2014 reached its end-of-life in July 2019, and extended support ends on July 9, 2024. Support has been added for SQL 2022, and it will be installed by default for new OrthoTrac v15.x installations.
