Version 15.0 of the OrthoTrac software includes the following features and enhancements:

Financial Estimator SetupFinancial Estimator Setup

The Financial Estimator Setup feature provides an interactive display of fee presentation and contract information. Enter financial data and use slider controls to instantly update contract details. Present contract proposals to responsible parties to help increase same day starts and signed contracts. Expanded Aligner TrackingExpanded Aligner Tracking

Version 15.0 doubles the number of aligners that you can track from 40 to 80. An adaptive display reflects the current tray sequence. For example, when a patient begins to use the fiftieth aligner in the sequence, the display shows aligners 41 through 60. For more information, see Using Aligner Tracking.
Improved SecurityImproved Security
Version 15.0 enhances information privacy and reduces the risk of fraud by disabling access to the auto payment report by default. Once a PCI Compliance password is set up, a practice owner can authorize specific staff members to view this report. For more information, see the following topics:
