Configuring Financial Estimator Setup

To configure Financial Estimator Setup options:

1. From the main menu, select Functions > Maintenance/Setup > Financial Estimator Maintenance. The Financial Estimator Maintenance window is displayed.

2. Select one of the following options:

3. Cash DiscountsCash Discounts

   1. To update the discount percentages, click Change. The Cash Discount window is displayed.

   2. Type a discount percentage for the selected down payment percentage.

   3. Click OK to update the percentages, or Cancel to discard them.
      

4. Preferred Down Payment % TotalPreferred Down Payment % Total

   1. To update the preferred down payment percentages, click Change. The Preferred Down Payment % Total window is displayed.

   2. Type the preferred percentage in the Down Payment % Total field.

   3. Click OK to update the percentage, or Cancel to discard the information.
      

3. Click OK.
