The Totals function enables you to view the balance and aging for a selected account. You can view totals by patient or by responsible party. More...More...

Both view options include an All tab that combines the balances for the accounts selected. The account detail grid displays the roll day, risk code, balances, and aging for the selected accounts. The total for each aging category is displayed below the account detail grid.

The account detail grid displays past-due amounts as white characters on a red background. Credit balances are displayed as red characters on a white background with a minus (-) sign in front of the credit amount. The total boxes at the bottom of the grid are also displayed in red if the amount is past due.
