Using Financial Functions Reports

In a Financial Functions window, use the Reports option on the menu bar to perform the following tasks:

• Print an appointment ticket, school excuse, or work excuse.

• Print an auto payment receipt.

• Print a payment receipt.

• Print a statement.

• Print a patient copy or an office copy of a patient’s ledger.

• Print contract payment coupons.

• Print a list of all patient/responsible party promises, including open promises, paid promises, changed promises, and deleted promises.
