Using the OrthoTrac Charting Module > Using the Treatment Card > Tx Card Tab
In the Aligner Tracking area of the treatment card, you can view upper and lower aligner tray information for a patient. The number of rows displayed for each tray area reflects the number of aligners selected, up to a maximum of 80. As treatment progresses, the display updates to show the current aligner sequence.
The Original Series section of the Aligner Tracking tab estimates which tray the patient is using, based on the current date and relative to the instructions provided by the doctor for wearing it.
Aligner Tracking calculates when the last verified aligner tray was started and counts days relative to the system date. Each time the threshold for wearing the tray is met, the status is displayed for that aligner tray.
The tray that the patient is currently using is displayed in yellow. Trays that have been delivered to the patient but have not yet been verified are displayed in light green. After the tray is verified, the label color changes to dark green, as per the Legend section of the Aligner Tracking area.
The Aligner Tracking area displays a diamond icon if IPR information has been entered for a tray. Click the icon to display an IPR summary. For more information, see Using Interproximal Reduction.
The information in the Aligner Tracking area is updated every time it is opened, so it always displays current results.
