Using Promises

The Promises area of the Tx Card tab is a free-text comment field where promises to patients, such as when a patient’s braces will be removed, can be entered.

The promises used in the treatment card are not connected with the promises used in the collections module.

Type your promise in the field, and click the up or down arrows to scroll through the promise information.

If you attempt to change information in the Promises field, a message is displayed, telling you that you are changing your promises and asking if you want to continue.

You must acknowledge the message before you can change the promise.
