Using Medical Alerts

The Medical Alerts area in the banner at the top of the Tx Card view enables you to enter information about any medical or physical condition that can affect a patient’s treatment; for example, an allergy to a medication.

To edit or add medical alert information:

  1. Click the pencil icon in the Medical Alerts area. The Change Alert window is displayed.

  2. Select an option.

To delete a medical alert:

  1. Select the alert you want to delete and click the pencil icon. The Change Alert window is displayed.

  2. Click the X icon to remove the text.

  3. Click OK.
