Tx Card Tab

Each time you open a patient’s treatment card, the Tx Card tab is displayed by default. This tab contains the patient’s treatment history and treatment comments, entered during previous visits. If this is the first time entering a patient’s treatment card, this window displays No Treatment History, until new treatment information is entered and saved.

As of version 11.1 of OrthoTrac, the Tx Card tab is not detachable.

Treatment entries that are added to the Tx Card Tab can only be edited on the day they are entered, until 11:59 p.m. After that time, they become a permanent part of the treatment record and cannot be changed or deleted. This policy is required to maintain accurate records and comply with legal standards.
