Setting Up the Scheduler

Before scheduling patient appointments, you must define your default views for the following windows:

• Daily Appointments (Daybook)

• By Book (Book At A Glance)

• Month At A Glance

• History Appointments

• Tickler Entry

• Scheduler Books

• InOffice

• Setup Holidays

Before scheduling patient appointments, you must also define your default views for:

• Office hours

• Operatory information (rooms)

• Screen displays

Example:To display the Daily Appointments (Daybook) window when you start the software, select Daily Appointments in the Startup Preferences window.

• If you performed a new installation, the Scheduler Setup Wizard is displayed the first time you access the software.
