Using Color Scheduling:
You can "paint" your Daily Appointments (Daybook) window with colors that represent a specific range of procedure codes or production amount targets
Is an excellent visual tool that enables you to efficiently schedule appointments
Does not damage or delete existing appointments, or prevent you from scheduling any procedure
A warning is displayed if you attempt to schedule an appointment outside your scheduler defaults and settings.
Color scheduling can be used only with the following codes:
ADA
CPT
You cannot color-code payment codes, adjustment codes, explosion codes, and so on. You can, however, assign a color to an individual code that is part of an explosion code.
Color groups defined by code and production amount take precedence over groups defined just by code or just by production amount. For example, if yellow is assigned to a combination group consisting of procedures in the code range 100—1999 and in the dollar range $1—$100 and blue is assigned to all procedures in the dollar range $50—$150, procedures that fall in both groups are color-coded yellow.
