Setting Provider Office Hours and Vacation Days

To use color and goal scheduling, you must enter the provider vacation days and office hours.

To set the vacation days and office hours for your providers:

  1. Select List > Provider. The Provider List window is displayed.

  2. Select a provider and click Edit. The Provider window is displayed.

  3. Select an option:

  4. To set the provider vacation days:To set the provider vacation days:Select them from the Vacation/Days Off section of the Info tab.

  5. To set the provider office hours:To set the provider office hours:Type them in the current hours section of the Current Hrs tab.

  1. Click OK.

  2. Click Close twice.
