Office hours are generally set as part of the Getting Started procedures after the software is installed. You must set the office hours before using the scheduler feature to ensure that a warning is displayed when you attempt to schedule a patient appointment outside of normal office hours.
To set or edit your office hours:
Select File > Practice. The Practice Information window is displayed.
Click the Office Hours tab. The current office hours are displayed.
Type the time your office is opened and closed for each day of the week. Type a or p to indicate AM or PM.
Click OK.
Click Close.
