Notes
You can create:
Clinical notes to attach to patient records
Generic notes to reuse
Default notes that are automatically attached to a patient’s clinical notes when the associated procedure is performed
Notes that apply to all providers
You can also create primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment plan notes, which function in the same way as patient clinical notes.
You can add notes:
While you are charting
When you are posting transactions
At the end of the day
