You can copy generic and default clinical notes from one provider to another.
To copy clinical notes from one provider to another:
Select List > Provider. The Provider List window is displayed.
Select the provider who needs notes, and select Add Default Clinical Notes from the Options menu. The Add Notes from Selected Provider window is displayed.
Select a provider and click OK. The default and generic clinical notes from the provider you selected in the Add Notes from Selected Provider window are added to the provider you selected in the Provider List window.
