Patient clinical notes are used to attach notes to a patient record that specify the following:
ADA code
Tooth number
Surface
Provider
Condition
In any clinical note list window:
Clinical notes are displayed in black text.
Clinical notes associated with an initial chart are displayed in green text.
You can add, edit, and amend patient clinical notes, as well as view the history or images associated with patient clinical notes. For more information, see Understanding Patient List and Patient Window Options.
