In the Patient List and Patient windows, you can view a list of transactions, appointments, images, documents, guarantors, and contacts associated with a patient. Use the drop-down list in the upper-right of the window to view the other patients assigned to the account.
The commands available from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu when using Enhanced Workspace are:

the patient on-line insurance eligibility information. This command
is only enabled if you use eVerifications insurance eligibility.

reminder delivery methods for the patient. This command is enabled

scheduled patient appointments; schedules patient or family appointments.

Treatment Plan:Treatment Plan:Sets
up and prints treatment plan procedures, accepts or declines treatment;
and submits transactions for pre-authorization.

the patient's next recall appointment.
