Using Quick Letters

Quick Letters are templates for common letters, notes, and forms you might send or give to a patient or on behalf of a patient.

The Quick Letter options available include:

To open a Quick Letter for an existing patient:

  1. Select an option:

  2. From the List menu:

  3. In the Power Bar:

  4. In the Account List or Account window:

  5. In the InOffice window:

  6. In the patient chart:

  7. In any window:

The patient is displayed in the Patient window.

  1. Select Letters and Labels > Quick Letters from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. A list of quick letters is displayed.

  2.  Click on the quick letter, select the output option, and click OK, or complete the information.
