Printing Clinical Notes

To print clinical notes:

1. Select an option:

2. To print a generic note:Select List > Clinical Notes > Generic Clinical Notes or Clinical Notes > Generic Notes.

3. To print a patient clinical note:Select Clinical Notes > Review > Patient Notes by Date or Clinical Notes > Review > Patient Notes by Tooth.

4. To print a clinical note for a specific provider:Select Clinical Notes > Review > Provider Notes by Date or Clinical Notes > Review > Provider Notes by Patient.

5. To print a clinical note for a specific ADA code:Select Clinical Notes > Review > Notes By ADA Code.

The clinical notes list window is displayed.

2. Press Enter, select the note, and click Print. The Enter Report Dates window is displayed.

3. Select the dates.

4. To print treatment plan notes also, select Include Treatment Plan Notes.

5. Click OK.
