Handling Generic Clinical Notes

Generic notes:

• Can be accessed from the List menu or from the Overview, Restorative, Perio, Exams, Clinical Imaging, Treatment Planning, or Notes tabs in the Chart for window

• Can be accessed from the Options menu of the ADA/Transaction Codes window

• Can be associated with a specific provider or procedure

• Can be added as often as needed to any patient’s chart

• Can be edited

• Are displayed in blue in clinical notes list windows
