Reminders

Patient Bridge provides a fully customisable appointment reminder feature that enables you to send reminders by SMS, email or letter. You can send different reminders to patients based on their appointment type, scheme or age. You can send multiple reminders at different times.

If required, you can also include a link inside the message that enables patients to complete required forms prior to an appointment.
