To create a new reminder task:
From Patient Bridge, click Communications.
Click Reminders.
Click Configure Reminders.
Click Add Reminder.
From the Appointment Type drop-down list, select Appointment Reminder.
In the Name field, enter a name for the new reminder group.
Select Automatically send?
If you do not want the task to start sending out reminders immediately, do not select this option.
From the Pre or Post drop-down list, select Pre-Appointment.
From the VWR Collection drop-down list, select the collection.
If you do not want to include a collection with this reminder task, leave this field blank.
From the Timeframe drop-down list, select the amount of time the reminder is sent before the date of the appointment.
Select the method to send the reminder.
From the Select a template drop-down list, select the template.
From the Select a group drop-down list, select the group.
If multiple methods are to be used to send the reminder, complete the preceding 3 steps.
Click Confirm.
