Creating a New Reminder Task

To create a new reminder task:

  1. From Patient Bridge, click Communications.

  2. Click Reminders.

  3. Click Configure Reminders.

  4. Click Add Reminder.

  5. From the Appointment Type drop-down list, select Appointment Reminder.

  6. In the Name field, enter a name for the new reminder group.

  7. Select Automatically send?

  1. From the Pre or Post drop-down list, select Pre-Appointment.

  2. From the VWR Collection drop-down list, select the collection.

  1. From the Timeframe drop-down list, select the amount of time the reminder is sent before the date of the appointment.

  2. Select the method to send the reminder.

  3. From the Select a template drop-down list, select the template.

  4. From the Select a group drop-down list, select the group.

  1. Click Confirm.
