To add a new email reminder template:
In Patient Bridge, click Communications.
Click Reminders.
Click Manage Templates.
Click Add Template.
From the Template Format drop-down list, select EMAIL.
In the Template Name field, enter a name for the new template.
In the Email Subject field, enter a subject for the new template.
Type your message in the Content field. If you want to include patient data, select the appropriate option from the Insert merge fields drop-down list. If you want to include a link to a form collection, select {VwrLink} from the Insert merge fields drop-down list.
Click Save.
